Update - #2609 Rootstock Yield Vault
[2609 Grant] Rootstock Yield Vault: immutable ERC-4626 rBTC vault across LayerBank and Sovryn (Grants & Incentives). https://gov.rootstockcollective.xyz/t/970
Two new posts by proposer NeznaniJunak: an answer to delegate scrutiny plus a formal edit record.
- Economics defended: venue rates are low (LayerBank 0.0025% APR, Sovryn 0.92%, read from contracts 10 Sep) and no gate requires them to rise. USD 15,000 is Coinspect's fixed fee passed through at cost; up to USD 10,000 is the proposer's own work (two deployments, 90 days).
- M4 redesigned after @Kaf_Anode's critique: it had gated the whole $7,500 on a day-90 number the proposer conceded was wrong. Now nothing below $10,000 TVL, otherwise $7,500 x TVL / $50,000, capped at $7,500.
- Edit record posted 16 Sep (opening post's edit window closed): where the two differ, this post governs. Adds a dated Blockscout pilot paragraph under Demand validation.
- TVL will be read from contracts at a named block, priced at the CMC close, proposer-controlled wallets excluded; figures posted in-thread before any on-chain M4 is filed.
Sentiment: mixed but constructive; delegate pushback absorbed into the proposal text rather than resisted.

Topic 970 - [2609 Grant] Rootstock Yield Vault (Grants & Incentives)
- 2 posts, both by NeznaniJunak (details above).
Topic 694 - Axia Network Delegate Thread (Delegate Platforms)
- Axia voted FOR 1delta Intents Milestone 1 (T1, initial tranche): the $3,000 is narrowly scoped to securing the independent audit, remaining funding reserved for separate on-chain milestone votes tied to verifiable delivery. Cited the team's substantive response to feedback (reduced initial release, published settlement core, stronger audit safeguards, solver tooling moved into M1). Disclosure: Axia introduced 1delta and may pursue a future commercial relationship; the vote is not contingent on it.
Topic 624 - PGov Delegate Thread (Delegate Platforms)
- PGov voted FOR T1: 3,000 USDRIF of a 35,000 USDRIF grant, ring-fenced for the audit rather than build work. Problem is evidenced, not asserted: the USDRIF main pool stable side swung $137k to $37k to $124k across July/August while total liquidity stayed flat, and redemption pays out in RIF, one way. Praised immutability (nobody can narrow the solver set later) and the six checkable M1 deliverables, incl. 25+ fills across 10+ independent addresses. Ask: named auditor and published scope follow promptly once T1 is spent.
Sentiment
- 1delta T1 (topics 694, 624): Supportive. Both delegates voted For with evidence-based reasoning; the only ask is a process one (publish auditor/scope promptly), no objections.
- Rootstock Yield Vault (970): Mixed/constructive. Delegate scrutiny on economics and the M4 gate; the proposer conceded and amended the text. Nobody opposed.
What to watch
- 1delta Intents M1/T1 is in delegate voting: Axia and PGov both recorded FOR in the last 24h. The on-chain vote should be live or imminent; remaining delegate rationales and the auditor/scope disclosure PGov requested are the follow-ups.
- #2609 Rootstock Yield Vault (Strategic tier, up to $25,000 USDRIF, 20% initial tranche) is under active delegate scrutiny; the proposer bound future milestones to this thread.
- No other new applicants, no contentious opposition, no votes against.
