Discussion by topic
Topic 463: Tané Delegate Thread
- Topic: https://gov.rootstockcollective.xyz/t/463
- FOR Grant 2609 (August). On-chain matches the published 3,750 USDRIF total. Disclosed beneficiary.
Topic 711: DAOstar Delegate Thread
- Topic: https://gov.rootstockcollective.xyz/t/711
- For Grant 2609. Praised the balanced program but noted it still does not reward delegates bringing real value via contributions.
Topic 627: Chrono Trigger Delegate Thread
- Topic: https://gov.rootstockcollective.xyz/t/627
- Three posts:
- FOR Builder Activation JXLabs (live on mainnet, iterating; zero upfront cost).
- For Grant 2609, whose new scheme improved focus and reduced gaming.
- For (all three) Deactivation: Tropykus sunset; Tally and Boltz handed to new teams; re-initiate if they continue.
Topic 774: SEEDGov Delegate Thread
- Topic: https://gov.rootstockcollective.xyz/t/774
- Four posts:
- FOR Grant 2609 compensation.
- FOR deactivation of Tally, with most concern on vote tracking and display (who voted how) not yet in the Collective dApp.
- FOR Tropykus (fully wound down) and FOR Boltz (RSK integration inactive; a new team resuming would be welcome).
Topic 894: ERC-4626 Yield Vault pre-RFC (Grants & Incentives)
- Topic: https://gov.rootstockcollective.xyz/t/894
- NeznaniJunak: KYB complete, grant agreement executed 4 September; Coinspect audit terms final and published (https://www.coinspect.com/rfp/Rootstock%20ERC-4626%20vault%20_%20Audit%20Proposal%20by%20Coinspect%20Security.pdf). Engagement locked.
Sentiment
- Unanimously supportive across delegate threads. Nuance: DAOstar says the compensation model ignores real-value contributors; SEEDGov warns that deactivating Tally removes who-voted-how tracking that the dApp does not yet replace. Supportive with reservations, no opposition.
What to watch
- Vote-tracking gap: the Tally and Cactus deactivations leave the dApp without a who-voted-how viewer, a governance-transparency issue to track.
- JXLabs activation and 3 deactivations are consolidating FOR support, with execution expected soon.
- ERC-4626 vault (topic 894): engagement locked (KYB and Coinspect done); a formal RFC or Strategic-tier proposal is the next step.
- The compensation critique (contributions unrewarded) may resurface at the next model review.
