[RFC] Adoption of the eUSD Methodology for USD3 and Collateral Basket Change (Web 3 Dollar RFC)

https://forum.reserve.org/t/1662

0xd15co agreed with the rationale, supported eUSD and USD3 sharing the same methodology for now, called the increased Morpho exposure acceptable, and signaled a vote in favor.

Sixty noted there has been no collateral basket change for USD3 since July 2025, supported adopting the eUSD methodology and eligible collateral universe, and described the update to Morpho V2 plugins as long overdue given its modular adapter-based architecture, granular risk curation, and advanced liquidity curation.

Sentiment

Supportive. Both replies endorsed the RFC, with Sixty framing the Morpho V2 plugin migration as overdue and 0xd15co explicitly signaling a vote in favor.

What to watch

The RFC on aligning USD3 with the eUSD methodology and collateral basket is gathering delegate support; possible progression toward a formal vote.
